Sub-processors | SilentGuard

SilentGuard uses the following third-party processors to deliver our services. All sub-processors are contractually bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPA) to protect your data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

Important

No sub-processor has access to sensitive data or prompt content. All sub-processors process only:

✓Account metadata (user IDs, org IDs, roles, timestamps)
✓Detection event metadata (policy triggered, action taken, NOT actual content)
✓Aggregated usage metrics and analytics
✓Configuration data and policy settings

Updates to This List

We may update our sub-processor list as we improve our services. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance before we add or replace any sub-processor that processes your data.
